2 Days until Graduation....

Whoa! We began our day full speed ahead! We woke up this morning starving! We went to get a biscuit and Larry went to go to work for just a little while. I went to Wal-Mart to do a little shopping for the Graduation party. Then I went to one of my Favorite places, Lowe’s! I bought flowers which is also one of my favorite things.

Larry got home and began to cut grass. His dad started cutting the grass yesterday which we were SO thankful of. I started cleaning, washing clothes, etc. etc. etc. Oh and I dyed some curtains. I needed dark brown curtains and all I could find were beige…so I dyed them! They look pretty good and I think they will work our well.

My father-in-law came by late in the evening to chat. He wanted to take us to dinner. We were so tired but we went because we knew it would make him happy. After we got home we planted flowers. Ok, let me explain. In our landscaping, we have a small pond with flat rocks all around it. I plant flowers in pots and set them around the pond. Also, we ‘try’ to get fish from our big pond to put in there but sometimes that is a challenge. Anyway, after dinner we planted plants until we could not see what we were doing. It got so dark that we left the back deck full of plants in pots, plants in their original containers and potting soil every where. After all, there is always tomorrow. Yeah Right!

Catherine’s Graduation party is tomorrow….she is soooo excited! It will probably be after the weekend activities before I get time to update the blog.

Take care, have a great weekend and pray for Catherine that God will direct her path and that she will listen to him as he guides her.

Love to all!
